PATRICIA L. BERGER age 45

Of Botkins, died on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 10:19 A.M. at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on July 10, 1971 in Botkins the daughter of the late John C. and Kathy L. (Drees) Topp. On October 5, 2002, she married Rodney T. Berger, and he survives in Botkins. Also surviving is a daughter Kirsten Tippie of Lima, a granddaughter Hannahble, a grandson Dexter, a sister Angela (Paul) Oen of Russia, Ohio, a brother Eric (Stacy) Topp of Spencerville, Ohio, her father-in-law William Berger of Osgood, Ohio, and a number of nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by an infant brother Keith Topp, and her mother-in-law Janice Berger.

Patricia was a graduate of Botkins High School, and the Upper Valley JVS in Piqua, Ohio where she studied Cosmetology. Over the years, she had been a Cosmetology Manager at several salons in the local area. She was a member of the American Legion Post 217 Ladies Auxiliary of Sidney. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her friends, but her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

A Memorial Service and Dinner will be held on March 4, 2017 from 2:00-6:00pm at the Minster Union Hall, (on the corner of Cleveland and Fifth Streets) Minster, Ohio. Condolences to the Berger family may be left online at gilberghartwigfh.com.
