Condolence & Memory Journal

I had heard from Billie just a week or so before she passed. I promised to stop in and visit. I attempted to reach her on 2 different occasions when I was back in town and could not. I imagined she was just out visiting. I was just stummed when I came across this obit today. I was reviewing past obituaries since moving away from Celina and this took my breath away. I have known Billie for nearly 30 years. We worked together in Dayton, and she was such a close and dear friend. She always made me laugh and had it not been for Billie I would never have met my husband. She adored her boys and grandchildren and I'm sure she is up in Heaven looking down on them as their Guardian Angel. We kept each other in stitches even during sad or stressful times. I truly will miss our get togethers Billie.

Not sure if this is same Billie I grew up with or not. If so I am sorry for your loss. She was such a sweet person and had two of the most precious Godly parents ever. My prayers are with her boys & family

My sincerest and deepest sympathy to all of Billie's family. I still can't believe she is gone!
I have tried to find at least one good thing when going through terrible times. Billie was that good thing! I had the pleasure of meeting her when we worked together as deputy clerks. Even when we had to endure bullying, and unfair conditions, Billie would come up with a humorous remark and make me laugh. This was one of the bleakest times of my life, but, I am glad I went through it, because I got to meet a truly great person, my friend, Billie Trego.

My mother, Lou Ann Knoth was in Briarwood with Billie. She was a friend to Mom and always looked out for her. My family and I really appreciated that! I always enjoyed visiting with Billie too. Recently I had asked Mom if she had seen Billie lately and she said she hadn't. So we walked down to what had been her room, but she wasn't there. I was hoping that maybe she was able to go home. Now she is at home in Heaven. My sincere sympathy to your family. Billie was a good lady!

We got to know Billie well when she was in Briarwood. She was such a great friend to my mother, Wilma Wynk while in there. We were blessed to know her for the short time that we did, but you were especially blessed to have such a loving influence in your life. May she rest in peace. She will be greatly missed!!!

Candle

My most favorite memories of Billie is going to Uncle Norman and Aunt Jenny's house in Dayton and going down stairs in the basement and all of us kids playing. Billie is the most kindest person I knew. Her heart is full of love and joy. Its been so long since I have seen Billie and I regret that, but living 3000 miles away well,,, My mom Ginny Horner is celebrating right now with her along with all the Fraley's. Knowing that she believed in the Lord makes my heart happy because one day we too will rejoice. Love you cousin. Sandy
